The Tordesillas City Council and the local Palenque Cultural Association, which Falck Renewables has been supporting through the Community Benefit Scheme at Carrecastro Wind Farm since 2020, funded the event presentation of the new autumn-winter collection “CANCAN JO” by the tordesillano designer Baro Lucas. The designer chooses the streets and surroundings of Tordesillas to present his new collection, promoting the municipality as well as valuing local culture and young talents.
The key message is the desire of freedom, much missing in the difficult times we are currently living due to the pandemic. The collection is inspired by the protagonist in the movie “Little Women”, famous for her motto: “I am happy with myself and my freedom”. With fashion features recalling the 70s and the sense of freedom of those times, the collection is designed to empower women and make them feel capable of everything.
